NHTSA-IACP SFST Certificate

Law enforcement in the State of Arizona will not put a criminal defense lawyer through their Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) course. It is, therefore, difficult and expensive, to obtain the training outside the State of Arizona. Our Arizona Drunk Driving Attorneys are NHTSA-IACP/Certified Instructors, Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST) 40-hour course, San Antonio, Texas (law enforcement instructor).

Our Arizona Drunk Driving Attorneys completed a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) Course, taught outside the State of Arizona, and to national law enforcement standards, using the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)/ International Association Chiefs of Police (IACP) participant/student manual and materials; taught by two master law enforcement instructors who also taught 10,000 police officers proper protocols for administration of the 'standardized' tests, and meeting all law enforcement standards for the basic course.
