Drivers License Suspension Laws
WARNING!
If you refused to take a breath, blood or urine test after
being arrested for DWI/DWI/OWI in Indiana, or if the results
of your test were .08% blood-alcohol or above, the State
of Indiana has the authority to suspend your driving privileges
for 12 months for the refusal or for 6 months if you failed
the chemical test. For information about possibly saving
your driving privileges or receiving a hardship license,
please contact Mr. Arata's office prior to your initial
hearing. If your arrest was in a state other than Indiana,
your license also may be at risk. To learn more about
protecting your license if your arrest was not in Indiana,

map of DWI/DWI attorneys to locate a drunk
driving defense lawyer in your state.
