Don't Let a DWI Ruin Your Life. An Aggressive DWI
Lawyer is a Necessity.
Being arrested for DWI
can seriously impact your life and the lives of those
around you who you love and care about.
Jail time, loss of driving privileges, unbearable
insurance premiums can often come as the result of a
DWI handled improperly. The best way to handle a DWI charge is to retain
a knowledgeable and aggressive DWI lawyer. Although in most cases pleading guilty may seem
like the least expensive way of handling a DWI the hidden
costs most often are far greater than the effective
representation of counsel.
An aggressive, experienced
DWI lawyer who understands the particular nuances of
the law surrounding this complex area of practice can
save you your freedom, your license and thousands in
insurance premiums. If you are interested in retaining an attorney
who will handle your DWI in a fashion where no stone
is left unturned and you walk away from the charge not
guilt, or at least certain that everything possible was done to get you the
best possible outcome which you deserve, look no further,
you've found your attorney.

by the officer, you may lose your license of one year
and you cannot get a work permit or a limited license.
If your license is revoked for the first time and you
took a blood or breath test, you will lose your license
for 90 days if you are 21 or older with a 0.08 or higher
blood-alcohol result. If you are under 21, then you
will lose your license for six months with a 0.02 or
higher alcohol level. If you have previously had your
license revoked for DWI through the MVD civil hearing
and your alcohol level is above the legal limit, then
you will lose your license for one year without the
possibility of a work permit or a limited license. Contact
our office for assistance with your case.
