Mission Statement
The law office of Charles L. Sifers seeks
excellence both in and out of the courtroom. Preparation
is a vital ingredient in obtaining an excellent result and
a satisfied client. Preparation begins by understanding
the law and understanding law enforcement techniques and
machinery used by law enforcement, such as breath testing
devices. Preparation continues in learning the facts of
each case and understanding which facts are important.
Each case has its strengths and weaknesses.
It is our job to minimize the effect of the weaknesses and
maximize the strengths. Thorough preparation and understanding
of the facts permits our office to recognize and take advantage
of opportunities while also establishing a plan for creating
advantages. We strive to use our resources to create an
excellent result and a satisfied client while keeping our
client informed as the case progresses.
Communication between attorney and client
is critical. There is no such thing as a silly question.
The more you understand about your case, the more you understand
what facts can help us win. My relationship with my client
is important to enhance communication and accomplish good
results.
