Case Structure and Analysis
How we initially prepare to defend a DUI case within
our office:
- Telephone/Computer questionnarie is completed by a member
of our staff.
- In office consultation is arranged with an attorney,
and a detailed questionnaire is completed.
- If retained, a second consultation is scheduled for
beginning preparation in defense of DUI charge.
- Client must complete and provide extensive work product.
- A third consultation may be arranged; documentation
is received and reviewed by attorney, private investigator,
and paralegal.
- If necessary, an examination is scheduled with our independent,
expert physician for medical/legal purposes.
- Attorney prepares defense with findings of all parties
listed above.
- A court reporter is ordered for the Preliminary Hearing.
- Note, the above is for a full defense at the Preliminary
Hearing, only. This does not include
a trial. All cases may not need such extensive work
product.
- Presently, our office is the only legal office to provide
such service and advanced training in Pennsylvania.
